OUR BACKGROUND
The Boulware Group is headed by Christine (Chris) Boulware, Managing Director, who has 20+ years of experience in executive search. The Firm has special interest in the areas of advocacy, civil rights, public policy, environmental action, financial services, and community development. Within these sectors the firm, has expertise recruiting CEOs, CFOs, Chief Legal Officers Executive Directors and the like. The firm has recruited for a wide range of national, regional, and local clients.
The Boulware Group’s areas of expertise include advocacy groups, education, health organizations, human services, transportation and governmental and quasi-governmental leadership roles. The Firm also has extensive experience in the areas of public policy, human resources, banking, engineering, administration, and operations.
In 1992, The Boulware Group served as an active member of President Clinton’s first-term transition team.
